1. Borang wakil ambil jubah (if need)
    + (Sila sertakan salinan Kad Pengenalan graduan dan wakil ).
2. salinan Receipt Convocation Fees : RM100. (Pay via BIMB)
3. Surat Jemputan / Invitation Letter
4. main page of UUM's CONVOCATION REVIEW
    (which shown details, eg. : Matric No, CGPA, Session)
5. Slip Kajian Pengesanan Graduan 2011 (to take jubah).

6. Borang Alumni.
7. salinan Receipt Alumni Payment : RM15/RM105. (Pay via CIMB)
